MI being such a huge brand which is recently evolved which provides great features in mobile phones but on the other hand it is not standing up to the mark in satisfying their customers in the service centres.
I recently broke my mi max screen which they charged me 6000 Rs but after they gave back my phone replacing the screen my sim slot is not working and when I went back to tell them about this problem they asked me to be in line and take another coupon and wait for my chance.
I mean seriously, you made a mistake and you are making me suffer again for your mistake.
And till now my 1st slot is still not working because I dont want to see those guys again and I must say Mi is not making their customers happy with this behavior of their customer care service.
You should think about all the aspects before buying your Mi phone as you will face problems regarding services.
