This is the worst mobile company which had the worst website I have ever seen.3 months back I ordered a earphone on this website and it arrived after 36 days of ordering that earphone. When the product arrived it was looking very very heavy and packaging was very bad it was totally damaged. when I open the package it wasn't earphone it was a powerbank which was cheaper than the earphone. When I contacted to the customer service they totally helpless that told me that the product couldn't be returned.So, the customer service of this company is the worst and the product quality is more bad than the customer service. Every time when I have one to order a phone from this website it is always out of stock.I am fed up of this website. The app and website interface is very good but there is no use of good interface if there is a bad service. Never buy anything from this website.
