First of all I want to say one thing that Xiaomi is being popular in india but it's customer support service is not good as it should be. Some times I call to their customer care toll free number it's sounds that the number is invalid.
If you want to talk to their customer care adjective you have to follow a little bit long and boring prosses .
Once I ordered a Xiaomi 20000 mah power bank from mi. com and it had to deliver within one week but it delivered after 10 days.So they need to improve their delivery facility and make sure that they delivered the product on the actual date.
One thing irritated me so much that the company had organized a 1 rupee Flash sale about two weeks ago. The sale had to start on 2: 00 pm , I just opened the website on 1: 54 pm and started waiting for sale. Exactly 2: 0 pm the sale had over. I was surprised.It was truly disappointing for me.
