Lately I have been using bluetooth speakers, currently logitech x50, its a good speaker. When this speaker was announced I was impressed with the specs sheet and the prize to performance it promised to offer. I decided to give this a shot. I got myself the gold variant, although it leans more towards a bronze shade, but looks good.
*Box Contents** You get the speaker along with a carrying pouch. Thats it nothing much fancy.
*Looks** The metal casing feels very premium and solid to hold. The speaker definitely stands out in the crowd.
*Performance** The moment I turned this speaker on, I knew it would exceed my expectations. The speaker can get very loud when compared to its size, thanks to the dual speaker setup. It does add a bass to the music due to an independent bass unit in it.
The one con I have is that there is a little bit distortions at high volumes.
Overall this is a nice budget speaker to go with.
P.S. At the time of writing this review, Xiaomi has increased the price of the speaker by Rs 700/-. It now costs 2699/-.
