It is a simple yet cool. Mi band which I own syncs fast. Tells about the fitness run I have done. How long was I active. And I donot have to do much about it. Just activate it on my phone once and I can sync it with my phone using bluetooth whenever I want.
Best feature is the sleep check mode tells me how well I have slept last night. And when I was deep sleep.
This features freaks me out but it is super cool to make sure I plan my sleep everyday.
