The two trackers reported similar results, with a variation of 100-300 steps per day, which is acceptable. However, the iPhone was far better at tracking sleep than the Mi Band. If we got out of bed for any reason and then laid down again while reading or doing anything else, it was all counted as sleep by the Mi Band.Xiaomi Mi Band: Activity and sleep tracking. The Mi Band's tracking is somewhere in between apps such as Google Fit and Moves and trackers with real sensors such as heart rate monitors.For a long time, my view of the Mi Bands has been that they're so cheap you might as well give them a go.
