MHSS College of engineering is located in center of south mumbai and hence first thing about the college that either you travel via central line, western line or harbour line, college is easy accessible. Hence, it is not like other engineering college which are hard to locate in map of mumbai.
Now to the basic, education quality. This is the only college ( as far as I know) where you would find lectures full, libary full and syllabus in most of the subjects getting complete by the end of semester. Basically, this is no fun college.

In 2010 major recruiters were: TCS, Reliance, Zyan
Generally L & T, Wipro, Infosys, Godrej & Boyce, Tata Motors, etc. are few of the companies that visit this campus to meet their requirement of engineers. But don't go by the name of the companies, because the number of students placed is just around 50% . In the recession year 2009, they fell down to 20% . Average salary offered is around Rs. 2.4 lac p.a.
