As an HR, I am also doing research on Spirituality in Management. I have been looking for an organization which has a Spiritual Culture, apart from being a Business-wise competitive company.
All my search ended at MGRM. I am really enjoying the culture, it provides an environment where you can contribute in all aspects of operations. As an HR I am hear only for 2 months now but, I am proud, I am part of the most change management processes. I have contributed in Content Development. Giving my thoughts of the new Internet Branding Exercise, Business Development, Relationship Management etc.
The technology MGRM is using, should really be a dream come true for the IT technology aspirants.
