Very smart and driven team. Management has a solid vision across service lines and intelligent organization design and people management processes. There is an intense focus on diversity and inclusion. It's a great place to work if you can find your path and succeed. If not, you're gone. There are tons of opportunities to learn and grow, you have to be willing to work hard and earn your place. Be willing to communicate effectively and to cultivate positive attitude and relationships. A lot of really smart and good people.
Very considerate management as we were allowed to work from our homes during the COVID-19 pandemic. Truly Human indeed.
