BEWARE - mGinger a FRAUD shopping site - BEWARE. Review on Mginger

MY EXPERIENCE : I had booked an order on 26.10.2012 (Order Id 278258) for two trousers and paid the amount through online banking. Since then I am receiving the status as 'preparing to ship". I mailed to support team and they do nothing. They just generate automated support tickets but don't deliver the product. Its just a way to keep you engaged. The only contact number  provided by the website is busy round the clock.  if by luck the bell rings, nobody answers.

I have been shopping online for last few years, but this was the worst experience. MORE IMPORTANT : when felt cheated I searched for reviews & I was shocked to see that there are tons of complaints regarding non-delivery, poor quality and wrong delivery etc.

BEWARE : Don't shop from this site before going through all the complaints filed by the consumers on various sites such as grahakseva.com, mouthshut.com etc or simply search on google for "mGinger complaints". BEWARE : DON'T GET CONFUSED BY THE  5 STAR RATING REVIEWS, THOSE MAY BE SPONSORED ONE TO IMPROVE RATINGS I was shocked to see 5 star ratings awarded to this site, that too recently (may be by some sponsored people or company people themselves to improve the ratings)

BEST WAY: CONSULT YOUR FRIENDS WHO HAVE SHOPPED WITH mGinger.

APPEAL: Those who have been cheated by this company please come forward and share your experiences. post complaints on various websites /groups, circulate mails so as to prevent innocent people from getting cheated.

* Even after a lapse of 18 days I haven't  received the product. The tracking status still shows 'preparing to ship' .I have sent several mails to them but they do not read your messages, as their are 'Overwhelming Complaints' from the consumers. The phone line doesn't work, busy or no reply. So be careful.
