I was leery @ first of this phone service. It sounded welfarish, so I steered clear from it, regardless of the claims. Well, I purchased one eventually (got tired of paying $500- cell bills) The main drawback is that Metro PCS/Metro PCS so called ''Authorized'' dealers have no insightful/helpful info. if you forget your password. I still can't get my messages!! It's been 1 month and I'm ready to pass this thing on to my teenager. Well like the saying goes, ''You get what you pay for.''
