On 18th Oct I had booked a cab from New Delhi Railway Station to NOIDA. The cab did not turn up. The driver, whose number came in the SMS, did not pick up the phone.
Subsequently I received the TRIP Completion receipt and Rs. 150/- was charged in the electronic wallet in which I had put in Rs. 1000/- through the Meru application, using my credit card. Multiple emails to Meru have not elicited any response. Now I am going to file a complaint in Consumer court.
