I was using meru cabs in the past four years , mostly on airport pickup and drop . Now their network is expanded and having presence in many city's. past few months most of the cab operators including meru won't confirm the booking before 40 minutes of scheduled travel time .
To my surprise , 9 out of 10 times you will get a shocking SMS that "cab not available" .What is the use of this kind of service in Mumbai , where time is more important than anything else. I switched back to the good old yellow taxis , that I wont get last minute surprises . What I could say is that in India when company's expands they left out loyal customers . let TAB cab take all meru customers and bring down the profit of what meru makes....
