I had used the Meru Cab Service from Mumbai Domestic Airport at Night around 9- 9:30 pm, though it was little tricky to locate the cab and start the journey. More horrible facts learnt later.
I traveled, from Mumbai Domestic Airport to Residence in Dahisar
1) First the longer route was taken as per assumptions of driver, without asking.
2) At the end of journey - No Bill was available with the Driver
- though he mentioned, you will get it from Meru Call Center.
I trusted this as per my good experiences with OLA Cab and others earlier.
3) On next day when I called Meru Customer Care - I learnt something scary( Not for Gents like me but specially for Ladies member) **- Meru Team told me - they do not have link with the Systems at the Airport, and thus no details of the travel would be available.*
To generate the Bill - they asked me each and every details, from Start Time, Cab Number, Travel Destination, time duration, end time, Name of the Driver, his mobile number, amount of Fare etc. etc.
And after that executive said - the bill will be sent to you in 7 days, as they need to feed in all the details - as the systems are not linked.
Till date - after one month of travel - I do not have the bills received till date.
Be Aware - If You are Taking MeruCab from Airport - It might not be traceable with the system.
