I have been to a few places by journeying in this cabs. But it was never to the expectations. At length, I had to drop booking here. Now, I want to tell you the worse experiences I had. Some of the experiences which annoy me for even now:
1. It was available only in a few places. So I didn't have a chance to use their service all the time. It would have been better if they were available in many places.
2. Estimated arrival time used to be quite different from the actual arrival time. Sometimes, I had to miss the train or flight.
3. The drivers didn't have a good idea 'bout the places which are in the city itself.
4. They were incompetent to pick up me at the place I wanted to be picked up. Moreover, they used to stay at another nearby place and make me to pay waiting charges.
5.Most of the vehicles used to be old and not in condition.
6. They didn't use to pick up the calls if they had cancelled the booking without a valid reason. Sometimes, they used to switch off their phone if we were incessantly calling them.
So I don't want anyone to be encountering these problems. That's the only reason that I wouldn't love to suggest this.
