On 9th February 2012, I booked a Meru cab from Vasant vihar Thane to Airport. I booked at 10 am. The operator at no 44224422, confirmed the booking for 12.15 pm. On contacting at 12.05 pm, the operator informed me that, it is near Hiranandani meadows & will be there in 5 minutes. For the next half an hour the same trend continued. Because of this I had to miss the flight.
My sincere advice, please don't book at Meru. Instead try other operators who provide best service at affordable rates. Don't be cheated.
