I would never take the meru cab. The service is disgusting.
Believe me, just this morning my mom had to leave out of town therefore booked the cab to take a drop to Majestic bus stop at 4.30 pm. The cab driver called me to find my location but never turned up. While I tried to call back several times, he didn't have the decency to pick the call.
Tried to contact him from a different number, he picked but no response. I am really disappointed with Meru's service. I called the booking office but they couldn't help me.
