I had booked a cab to airport at 7.15 am, received a confirmation message at 6.15 and after 7.15 another message saying there are no cabs in locality. Then a call from a driver who never turned up. Had to book ola and despite ola's best effort and merus carelessness I missed my flight.
Arrogant responce I got from their cc dept was even more shocking. This is one arrogant, haphazardly and carelessly run company surviving solely on its monopoly over airports.
