I booked the meru cab from Whitefield (Bangalore) to Madivala and the booking id got generated (13435356). It was supposed to reach my house @ 5:30 PM and at 5:25 Pm the customer care executive called me and informed me that it will be delayed by 15 mins .
I said if you are sure then no problem, but it did not reach by 5:50 Pm also. Then I started walking and got an auto and reached madivala. Luckily, I reached there 10 mins before the bus departure.
Never ever trust the meru.
