Mersal movie is a an excellent message movie the story of how to treate private hospitals and how to gain cash with peoples health.

The movie begins with the kidnapping of few individual persons.a and cop investigation the doctor is arrested the doctor name is 5rs doctors why his name 5rs doctor the doctor is treated his patients only take 5rs. but his arrested with police. cop investigation(Sathya raj) who is behind him this crimes?and why are they being committed?
Vijay act three different roles one is his a magician, one is Doctor and other one is his a village guy.
Vijay acting is awesome one character magician is super the movie of highlight is this character and other one is doctor this doctor is treated his patients only 5rs. and other one village guy this both are sons of village guy(Vijay) and nithya menon is his wife. his dream is treate all poor people free of cost for health.so build a one hospital his village his own money.but his appointing a new new surgeon(SURYA) his cheating vijay. so revenge his sons.
