I had subscribed for meritnation in 11th June for 10th class. After several reminders on 01st July the despatch team couriered the course material of 9th std instead of 10th. Now again I am struggling to get 10 th study material.
I received the 9th class material on 4th July from very that day I had been following up at least three times daily for the course material but the meritnation team is so worst, pathetic, inefficient and irresponsible that they are still not trying to resolve it. Still there system shows the study kit has been despatched on 1st July.
But the team is so inefficient and careless that they are least bothered about the students loss of time.N**either they have superiors to monitor the call log nor there staff is sensible enough to understand the sensitivity of the academics!!!!!
