I had been using this broadband provider for sometime now as it is the only ISP offered by my local cable operator.
This is a'B' Category Internet service provider which had partner with Airtel to offer internet services in the urban areas of Kolkata.
In terms of service and support, they claim to have 24/7 customer care centre and through email. There call centre support is not at all useful or even worth calling, they would only register your problem however you will still need to reach out the local cable operator and seek assistance.
There tariff are on a higher side compare to other internet service providers and do expect once a week downtime at the minimum however they do provide speed as they say they offer.
Other good part is they offer only prepaid packages which helps to avoid shocking internet bills. It would had been better if they could also come up with Quaterly, half year and annually packages and provide discounts for upfront payment which is lacking here.
Over all I would say this is a decent internet service provider with decent packages but there are much better internet service providers available in the market in similar category to opt for provided you have the option.
