I had booked a cab from MEGA CABS website for a drop to airport on 12thJune2014 @4AM where it's mentioned that'**Airport Drop @Rs.699 in Sedan Class from anywhere Bengaluru city**'. Now I am mentioning the following details regarding the inconvenience caused to me due to their service .
- The cab that was supposed to come didn't come in time, so I had to call to their customer care & to my good luck another cab was arranged with in 15 mins(Booking No.CAM489271).
2.After reaching Airport, the chauffeur handed me the bill as per the meter charge. I had to pay the full amount(more than 699) to him as I had no time to argue with him or to call the customer care & I was getting late.
- Couple of days later, when somebody called me from MEGA CABS to take my feedback, I mentioned all the inconvenience in details. After hearing all my concern, she told me that they will refund back the extra amount that I had paid within 7 days. But after that no information from them regarding this & I have not got that amount refunded back yet(It's already more than 10 days).
So, just imagine if somebody has a flight to catch in the early morning & suffers because of this kind of service, what will he do?
They don't fulfill their promises, They need to work harder.
