This is very regretable experience. I booked the cab on 5th from Pattandur Agrahara to Bangalore airport through makemytrip. My bad I got the car from Maga cabs. After dropping at the airport, the driver insisted that I pay extra 110/- towards toll charges. I clearly showed him that the price includes toll charges but the driver started to argue and connected me to Mega cabs CC. That lady is even worst; instead of trying to understand my point that the price includes toll charges she insisted I pay and discuss with makemytrip, if there is an issue. I looked around for police but as the time is limited as I have to catch the flight, I had to pay. Now never ever I book the cab through makemytrip and never ever entertain Mega cabs. The driver name Santosh Kumar. My point I never booked the cab from Mega cabs I booked through Makemytrip, if there is problem Mega cabs should get it resolved with makemytrip not the customer.
