I booked a Megacab from Mumbai airport kiosk at 10.30 pm on 26 Nov 2013. Though the attendant noted my phone number and gave me the car no, I never got an sms about driver details which made me suspicious. Still I carried on.
After reaching Balaji Hotel which is the usual pick-up point and which was also conveyed to me by the attendant, the driver called me and said he would be coming. Five minutes later, he again called and said he would not be coming.
When I tried to ask him the reason, he went silent and cut the call. I immediately called him thrice but he did not pick up. I was left high and dry. I then went back inside the airport after requesting the security and went to the kiosk again and informed them about what had happened. It seems that the attendant and the drivers are hand in glove duping customers by charging fee but not making any car available. Will never use Mega Cabs again and would advice everyone too.
