A great film. Review on Meet The Parents

I saw this movie a couple of months ago and I have to say it was very enjoyable to watch, and it is one of the funniest films I have seen for a long while. The story is all about when this man (Ben Stiller) wants to ask his girlfriend to marry him, but when he is just about to he finds out that she can not accept until he has been approved by her father (Robert de Niro)! From the very first moment they met they just didn't get along and whatever Ben Stiller seemed to do, it just turnt out the wrong way. He tried so many things to get her father to get to like him, but, they were just both on a different wave length. Everything they thought about each other was wrong and ended up being the total opposite to the truth.

Just a one thing which happened in the film was that Robert de Niro had a cat which wasn't allowed out at all. But as Ben was on the phone he let the cat out forgetting that he wasn't allowed out. So ben went out to try and catch him and ended up getting on the roof. The whole thing went wrong and it ended up in a plan going wrong. The cat was still on the run and Everyone found out the cat was out. Everyone decided they could go and look for the cat but Ben said he could do it on his own, so he went to a local place where they keep lost cats, and getting a cat which looks alike but had a different colour tail which ben ended up painting. They believed this at first and Ben was a hero, but when they found out it wasn't the right cat one thing left to another and it ended up with him leaving.

Thats all im going to say except that there is a happy ending. If you haven't seen this film already you better hurry up and see it a great film!
