I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Meesho. Despite the attractive prices, the quality of products is appalling. My latest purchase, an Anarkali Kurti ( Order ID: 97681637072733888) , was a huge letdown. The product received was not only of poor quality but also differed significantly from the one displayed on the website. This bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable and misleading. The fabric, stitching, and overall finish were subpar, making it unwearable.
To make matters worse, the customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. Despite reaching out multiple times, I didn't receive a satisfactory resolution or even an acknowledgment of their mistake. I purchased the kurti for my mother, who was really looking forward to wearing it for a special occasion. Unfortunately, the poor quality and incorrect product have left her disappointed and upset. Meesho's failure to deliver on their promises has not only wasted my time and money but also ruined a special moment for my mother. Until they address these issues, I would advise caution to potential customers. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
