Non refund of Short supply of prepaid order. Review on Meesho

Meesho is a fraudulent cpany for fraud suppliers as they have hand in gloves.I had placed an prepaid order on Meesho online portal fo 06 packets of Bigen Beard colour 103 against a prepaid of RS 1662/-on 3Rd March 2024 vide order No.330102941744.

Yesterday, a packet was delivered containing one packet of the product ordered in place of six package as ordered. I immediately contacted their help centre but they suggested me to raise my complaint after 24 hours when delivery is registered in their record .

As per their help center's advice today again when I contacted their help centre they told me that they can not do anything in this regardnor my money will be refunded for the short supplied packs.

They also told me that the short supply of 5 packets will also not be fulfilled or .delivered to me.

I was wondering that a company like Meesho can give this kind of response andgulp down Rs 1300/-.It is a cheating under the law of the country.I am wondering whether following such a business ethics whether any company can survive for long term.

The response of Meesho help center today forced me to share my bad experience with you and request you please take necessary action this regard so as to save other customers hard earned money.
