I uploaded three prescriptions against order for my mother's medicines and I paid through credit card. They called and said that prescriptions are old and they want latest. I told them that whatever I am having I have uploaded but still they were not satisfied and cancelled the order. They are unnecessarily giving too much significance to prescriptions.
They medicines we buy actually reflect our intentions and need, but they don't have common sense I think. They are irritating and are not customer friendly. I don't think its a good website.
