Though I did have some peculiar requirements regarding my mother's health. But after the initial sweet-talk, the service provided was very poor. Even after I paid the money in advance, I couldn't get the policy that served my interests.
Also, they are taking their own sweet time to return the money. It takes 8 working days to return the money, that is, 12 calendar days. This is some kind of a weird joke and a nightmarish experience. Avoid this company.
