I ordered a TV stand some 1.5 months back. Order was delivered with missing parts. Calling customer care was the worst part of it. Either not reachable or put us in hold. Initially they said they will provide the missed part. They took some 3 weeks and we did not get it. We got confirmation many a times that missing product was delivered whereas actually we didn't get any.
At last we got fed up and wanted to return back the product. Its more than 3 weeks now, they are yet to take back the product and return our money. Not sure If I will get the money also. Our money with the site is blocked for more than 2 months now. Richard was the one from customer care who is handing this case, and every time he begins from the scratch. Really fed up with these guys. Planning to file a consumer case using all the trail mails from this Richard. Seriously fed up!
PLEASE DON'T PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS SITE! COMPLETELY FRAUD!
