I had an Health Insurance with the company MD India and I had paid all the premium for 4 years before time and had been keeping all the record, but when I needed this company to process my hospital payments they had such a useless procedure due to which I had to pay at the hospital and then claim by going to their office and submitting Docs.
Even after doing this and issuing the documents they requested I had to wait for 5 Long weeks to get the claim and that too after numerous follow ups.
I would seriously not recommend MD India
