*Most of the visits to Mc. Donalds were the visits en route. Travelling by car, to visit family in the North of our country, we made a stop in Lelystad, to visit Mc. Donalds.
There was a place to sit outside, and a little playground, where children could stretch their legs as well. But for food? No way! Cola!
Most of the times, we took a snack there, and what I personally don’t like is the mayonnaise. The taste and the color are turning my stomach. The French Fries are most of the times sloppy, so we ate our burgers, and went on. The quality of the burgers were most of the times excellent.
One time, real fun, we had a couple of years ago, with a visit to Mc. Donalds in Meppel. There was a karaoke show, and people spontaneously started to sing. Was fun to see.
The Mc. Donalds in the large cities, (Rotterdam, The Hague, Zoetermeer) are most of the times full with people, and it is hard to get a place to sit. But, I have to admit, the French Fries are better in the cities! We are not frequent visitors, but after a touristic trip, a visit to Mc. Donalds stays a highlight of the day. *
