I think I woukd definitely rate it 10 on 10. It is soo mesmerising. I have small eyelashes. But it instantly adds volume to my eyelashes. Worth every penny. The name is very right that is volume express. Its just for 400. It think by far the best product by maybelline till now. Its the third time I am using. I am so obsessed with it.
