When it comes to putting on eye make up the one thing that I always apply is eye liner. Having had several nasty accidents with the traditional eye liners eg kohl pencils which seem to splinter leaving bits of wood floating in my eyes - ouch!. Kohl pencils also never seem to get a good point after you have sharpened them as so make applying them rather hard if you just want a nice neat line around your eye lashes.
With this in mind I can definetly recommend Maybelines Great wear water proof eye liner. retailing at £3.99 in superdrug and Boots, might make it a little bit more pricey then other eye liners but this eye liner is brilliant. My main consideration for buying Maybeline was due to the fact that it is not a traditional wood pencil eye liner, the eye liner its self is contained in a plastic pen and to gain more of the liner you just twist and hey presto more eye liner. Definetly beats faffing around with a pencil sharpener.
The eye liner itself is very easy to apply, no dragging with this one, definetion lines are so much neater and it really does last for ages. The eye liner comes in a wide range of shades eg Black, brown. grey and blue.The eye liner does not irritate my eyes at all. It also lasts for ages my latest one is still going strong after 3 months of daily use. I would definetly recommend this eye liner.
