I, recently, availed Maxwell services to relocate my stuff from Chennai to Delhi. The way they packed my things, really impressed me that day but I must tell you all that Maxwell is a highly unprofessional service provider.
Delivery time took 20 days whereas I was promised that goods will be delivered in maximum 10-12 days' time, secondly, on top of this, their staff specially, Ms. Lata sitting at Delhi office having a mobile no-9311012909, Ms. Hema at Chennai office, having a mobile no- 9380019309, Mr. Yashwant, having a mobile no- 9380023009 are highly unprofessional individuals.
I would, seriously, not recommend Maxwell to anyone who would be planning to avail their services. They don't deserve to be in business as they are not even courteous to inform customers of any delay in transit, forget about caring for your customers. Its just you who keep calling them at least 5 times a day to get any update on your goods and what could be worst than this, these people don't even pick up call to tell the status.
Hats off to such an unprofessionalism!
