In general, an MMB is THE BEST place to learn German. I am NOT SURE ABOUT MMB Mumbai, but I did some courses at MMB Pune some years ago, and I had a fantastic time. They make it really easy to pick up the language. I believe that MMB Pune is still the best, and they have intensive 2-month courses. If you are at all serious about learning German, I'd recommend MMB in general wholeheartedly, and MMB Pune in particular. There is a lot of interaction in the classes and you are more or less forced to speak in German. And you meet lots of interesting people to boot.
