This is reference to the policy with the proposal number 125352674. After ton of research I have gone through policy bazaar website and decided to go for max life term insurance plan. Till my payment was receiving pleasing calls and next day medical was done it's been more than20 days now I haven' heard back from them and my policy is not confirmed. I registered 2 cases with customer care till now no response provided. I gave all the documents but still receiving emails that few documents are pending. I sent several emails to their customer care no response. Now I really doubt how much a nominee will struggle to get the claim. Please refund my money I don't want your policy anymore. You don't deserve even a single star.
