I opted for a Matrix Sim Card when I recently traveled to the UK and really must say they have a wonderful service. I had a little difficulty in settling my usage charges & extra billing amount but when I contacted Arun, the sales guy, he immediately looked into the matter and helped out! It’s been a speedy response from their side. Thanks for a great turn around Matrix!
