Matrix Sim cards are absolute rip-off. We took 1 matrix SIM for our trip to Switzerland. We hardly used the card to make calls as we had 2 local sims. At the end we were charged Rs 4000. Their detailed billing seemed dubious but nevertheless cleared it. It does not stop here but we keep getting charged month after month several months after we returned. How can I be charged on my card for so many months after returning?
When we took the card the sales person explained that my card would not be charged. In spite of my repeated calls they have debited my card. Even the calls would not go through and like another reviewer said even if the call is not connected you will be charged for it.
