I feel this review is:
Bill was not charged on tariff shared. Was Charged atrociously. Was told$ 0.20, but was charged at$3.5/min. For singapore. Heard this is the case for most others
No details on alternate charge was shared.I was charged around 9-10 times of what I thought, bill amount should be
They need your credit card copy and auto debit whatever amount they want. so there is no reversal or going back.
The Matrix team and support team was shifting the call and were non responsive to concern on queries.
Overall disappointing.
