Horrible experience with Matrix Cellular service

Extremely disappointed with the service we have received from Matrix for Europe tour. My trip became miserable and couldn’t really divert my attention from the horrible nightmare.


We had taken 2 SIM, one prepaid of INR 2999 and another postpaid of 499 rupees. After several phone call the delivery person arrived very last moment in hurry. The fellow exchanged the SIM and between postpaid and prepaid. I inquired If I can check if it is working, he said it will only get activated once I am in Europe.In Europe I was supposed to have prepaid in my mobile, but had postpaid and for my wife’s had prepaid(according to Matrix). However the prepaid one always kept saying it has Zero balance, so no calls were possible. Hence I was confident that we are using the right SIM in right handsets.


All of a sudden one of the representative from India called said your uses have become about 20000 rupees because of 128MB data uses in Postpaid connection. My total uses was certainly below the free uses in Prepaid card! I was of huge shock which kept bothering me for rest of the tour was with all the bad thoughts! And simultaneously I see about 20000 also was taken from my credit card account without any prior notice of the uses details. This is absolutely unethical to take money from account without a notice and misuse of credit card details!


So I have spent almost 23000 rupees for about 60 mins of talk and 128 MB of data which is almost nothing. However I have no billing information also to verify.that's what thee Matrix guy says. When I contacted their sales guy, they never bothered to entertain.such a horrible experience!
