I had taken a VAS pack of AED 300, but was randomly charged AED 600. Have been writing mails and calling consumer care multiple times, but there is no response. Planning to go to consumer court. Please be warned before using this service, bunch of cheats they are, completely unprofessional.
They are supposed to answer emails in 48 hours, they dont do that ever and if you call them then they add another 48 hours to their SLA, completely forgetting the date of initial query. Have no choice but to go to consumer court
