I had bought a Matrix Simcard when I traveled to UK in June 2014. They had sold the sim card with false promises. The made fraud promises like free incoming calls / texts etc. None of them are true. They charged me for everything. For calls and data they charged me significantly more than what was advertised in the rate card.Matrix Mobile Invoice number 928487.
Matrix Mobile charged me Rs. 20, 000 for a 2 week trip, where my daily usage was only a few minutes of calls and a few texts per day. Incoming calls were not free unlike what was promised. Matrix Mobile is also in the business of harassing customers and sending threat emails whenever a customer raises voice against their billing practices. Don't ever buy Matrix Simcards.
