Never use this service they are big cheaters. The agent of matrix services told me that all incoming calls will be free, but I went through a huge amount of deduction without my consent in my credit card. They are big cheaters. NEVER use their services. I tried contacting them several times, but I never got a satisfactory reply. I am extremely frustrated and do not know what to to do to get my money back.
Tried contacting and escalating the issue to various departments. Now as a last resort I want to submit a case against matrix in consumer court.
