I guess for any sane prospective buyer it should be clear from the majority of comments here that you should stay away from this company. It is uncanny how most of the complaints are similar in nature. Basically, they promise you whatever you want to hear at the time of buying, and afterwards bill you all kinds of charges.
I took a card for US for one month. After one month, I was supposed to return the SIM card and inform them by email that I wished to terminate the services.
After doing the needful, they still kept charging my credit card for the next 4 months. While I ran from pillar to post in their customer care, they said they had received no notification from me to terminate account. Additionally, a 5000 rs deposit taken from me at the time of opening the account has not been refunded.
It has been almost a year to the incident now and I'm down rs 10000. For a SIM card I used for making maybe 30 calls.
I have nothing to gain personally by turning people away from this company, but I honestly think they are out there to cheat people.
