Can we solution to this matrix cellular's fraudulent business. Please let us join hands in showing them the real power of customers. the company knows that in India customers are bound to 'Mar' with 'Kasht' ....die with trouble....please let us do something about it instead of just writing stuff here at mounth shut.
How can they take customers for granted. I think they have spent money only on marketing and advertising.. After going thru all the review available who will go for matrix....the name itself suggests a 'trap'. First of all, you need to pay 10, 000 as security and then the bill you get is equivalent or double the amount. keep calling the customer care. it actually doesn't exist.....And if you are from Delhi or any other metropolitan...you are bound to spend a huge amount calling up ALLAHABAD....
What great idea and hats off to the person who started this....to sue it in U.P. it will a pain you know where....so can we actually sue it......
If anyone of you is a lawyer in Allahabad can....others will not bother no?
The easiest way is to post this article where the poor customers are not going to read when they are going to buy! So what am I doing here either?
