I took a matrix sim card for usa. On landing here, it didn;t work. I called up AT&T support and they asked me to get Matrix to call as the card is in their name. I asked matrix (via email). The promised to support. Nothing happened during my 10 day trip. The card never worked. There is no support once you give your hard earned money to those thugs. I eventually came back to India and had never even once been able to use their sim (neither incoming nor outgoing). However they presented me a bill of 7900 rs.. WTF??
The customer support is also pathetic. They never bother about you once you give them money. Stay away from matrix. If you really wanna throw your money away, just flush it down the toilet. You will have more peace of mind.
