Recently, I visited Canada for attending a conference. I bought matrix for my travel of 7 days. I realised the exact rates of outgoing and incoming calls. So, I used only if it is needed and whenever necessary. Then after one month of my visit, they took Rs.5000 from my credit card as I given the credit card details prior to my visit(This is mandatory to get your sim card). My call timings were multiplied approximately by five times and even I am not aware of many numbers. More importantly, few incoming call numbers are my sim card number only. They did not respond to my calls and simply said they charged for my calls.
Then, after one month again they took Rs.1600 from my credit card and they said it is the bill for additional calls. In this case, all the incoming calls are my sim card number only. They already took Rs.5000 for all the seven days and again they took 1600. They never took my call thereafter and they said the person dealing with my number has left the company.
So, please don’t buy this matrix phone, don’t lose your money which you earned with tears and blood.
