I purchased this card on Bangalore Airport for one of my international trip of two days.


While purchasing they asked me for my Credit card and said without that it is not possible to buy, I told them clearly, I will give you card but do not charge on it. you send me the bill and I will pay you by other means.  Yes agreed till now this is fine. now the game starts

  1. The person give me contact number of Mumbai airport matrix person so that I can return it. Because if I do not return sim card they will charge me additional. I call that person on Mumbai airport, he is not picking up phone

  2. 2hr later that person calls me and when I ask him to collect the card, he informed me that there is no facility on Mumbai airport to collect the sim card

  3. I call their call center and log the request for sim card collection

  4. I keep getting calls from them but no one actually comes and collects the card:)

  5. I call multiple times to send me bill, they say we will send you on your email. but it never comes

  6. One fine day I receive a SMS from my credit card company saying matrix has charge this much amount on my card.

  7. when I call up asking for bill then the person sends you the bill.

  8. the bill format is so pathetic that I have to spend 20 mns on call to understand it.

  9. then the customer representative request me to hold for 30 secs and then he never turns up to avoid further questions

  10. Also purchasing the sim card I had told the person that I have voucher and he should take it from me while billing. Person said you can handover to person who comes for card collection. No one turn up for sim itself and hence you end up paying SIM card fee+ no use of your voucher.

if anyone would like to take this excitement then please go ahead and buy this sim card:):):)
